Unit Sizes
Q. What are the unit sizes available?
A. StorHub self storage units in Korea range from 5 pyeong to 30 pyeong in size.

Bookings
Q. How do I make a booking?
A. Visit our facilities to view the unit, and when you are ready, complete your registration with us and move in! Call us at 1577-7387 to find out if your preferred storage size is available for reservation.
Q. How far in advance can I book a storage unit?
A. You may reserve the storage unit for as early as 14 days in advance.
Q. What is the minimum or maximum period of storage?
A. We offer flexible storage periods starting from 1 month.
Q. Do I have to visit when I sign a contract?
A. We recommend that you visit us to sign the storage agreement so that we can better assist you, explain the agreement to you in detail, and help you learn how to use our storage facility. In the event that you are unable to do so in person, we can help you with a non face-to-face storage agreement.
Accessibility & Security
Q. When can I access my storage unit?
A. You can access your unit 24 hours, 7 days a week, all year round.
Q. Is there any insurance coverage for my items?
A. Yes, StorHub facility is insured against damage to customers' goods.(Except for some items such as precious metals, cash, art, etc.)
Q. Can additional persons have access to my unit?
A. Yes, you may authorise more people to be allowed to access your unit during registration when you sign up with us. However, if you share access information with other than registered users, StorHub will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by this. For more information, please contact 1577-7387.
Q. Does StorHub offer high security facilities?
A. StorHub facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art security features like 24-hour CCTV surveillance around the facilities, and pin code security access.
Storers can use a padlock of their choice to lock their units and restrict access to the units.
Payment & Extension
Q. How can I pay for the contract?
A. StorHub supports various payment methods. If you wish to pay by credit card, you can pay by credit card through payment link transmission without visiting the branch, and you can also pay via bank transfer and by cash. Please choose the payment method you prefer.
Q. Will you contact me separately if the contract is extended after the contract period?
A. Your storage with us will be extended automatically on a month-to-month basis until you give us your move-out notice. The monthly invoice will be sent to you 14 days before the storage due date.
Documentation
Q. What documentation is required for personal registration?
A. Customers are to present their Identity Card or passport upon registration.
Q. What documents are required for company registration?
A. A copy of the business registration card, an Identity Card or passport that can prove the same identity as the business card is required.
Moving Assistance
Q. Do you have trolleys to assist me in moving my items?
A. Yes. StorHub provides free usage of trolleys & ladders and they are located at convenient points within the facilities.
Q. Does StorHub provide moving and packing services?
A. StorHub connects partners to customers who need packing and transportation services.
Prohibited items
Q. What are the prohibited items?
A. The storage of animals, plants, perishables, items which are irreplaceable, such as currency, jewellery, furs, deeds, works of art, flammable liquids and fuels (camping stove fuel incl.), toxic substances, PMDs (personal vehicles with lithium batteries, such as electric kickboards and electric bicycles), and all illegal items is not allowed at StorHub.
Packing Tips
Q. How can I protect my items better when storing it?
A. StorHub is equipped with air conditioners, heaters and dehumidifiers to prevent damage to your items in storage. We do our best to maintain constant temperatures and humidity levels. Do check your items to ensure they are clean, dry, dust free and contain no moisture before storing. Be sure to wrap items that are sensitive to moisture with acid free packing paper, as bubble wrap tends to trap moisture. Keeping items off the ground not only frees up space but also provides protection from excess humidity, water damage, pests and other factors that may damage your belongings. It is also best to leave the edges of the storage space empty so that there is adequate ventilation. Lastly, be sure to routinely check your items to ensure that your belongings remain intact.
Q. I'd like to store various items for sale, is there a way to load the items so that they can be found quickly and easily?
A. It is recommended to store light and frequently used items at the bottom around the entrance.” with “it is recommended to frequently used items near the storage unit door for easy access.
Household Items
Q. How do I pack them?
A. For Furniture:
  • In the case of bed frames and tables, please place a supplement such as cardboard on the floor.If it is a detachable product, please separate it and keep it after packing.
  • In the case of the table, if it is difficult to separate, minimize the impact when moving by wrapping the top plate with a blanket or the like with the top down.
  • For mattresses and sofas, please put a cardboard and other supplements on the floor and store them after packing.
Q.
  For Appliances:
  • Refrigerators, freezers and washing machines should be dried thoroughly and stored with doors slightly ajar.
  • All cooking equipment should be cleaned thoroughly.
  • Protect appliances with stretch film.
Q.
  For Dishes and Glassware:
  • Tightly and individually bubble-wrap all glassware.
  • Leave no loose space in between or around box.
  • Do not place heavy items on these boxes.
Commercial Items
Q. How do I pack them?
A. For Documents:
  • Pack files, records and documents flat down to protect the spines of the folders.
  • Fill empty spaces in box with packing materials.
  • Do not over load; separate books from files and documents.
  • Do not place boxes directly on floor. Instead, place them on pallets to minimise moisture absorption.

  For Metal Items:
  • Clean all metal equipment with a drop of machine oil to prevent rusting.
  • Protect appliances with stretch film.

  For Electrical Items:
  • Ensure all equipment are clean and dry.
  • Equipment with doors should be kept slightly ajar.
